How to request deletion of your account and data
This page explains how to permanently delete your 2trAIn account and its associated data. You do not need the app installed to request it.
Option 1 · From the app (immediate)
Open Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. You will be asked to type a confirmation. The account and its data are deleted right away.
Option 2 · Without the app, by email
Write to contact@2trainapp.com with the subject “Delete account”, from the account's email address. We reply within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Account: email, name, sign-in provider and identifiers.
- Profile: age, sex, measurements, level, goals, availability and equipment.
- Health: injuries, discomfort, limitations and fatigue.
- Training: plans, exercises, sets, reps, weight, effort, rests and progress.
- Conversations with the coach and feedback.
What we keep, and for how long
Data linked to your account is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Beyond that we only keep what the law requires, and backups until their normal rotation expires.
Deactivating an account is not the same as deleting it: this is a deletion.
