Feature 01

It explains the why.

Every decision backed by your data. It explains volume, intensity, progression — including cardio and race blocks. That's how a real coach trains you.

Feature 02

It improves with you.

It learns your response to strength and cardio sessions. No two bodies are alike. The AI knows it.

Feature 03

Smart substitutions.

No barbells? No treadmill or rower? Injured? The plan adapts and keeps the stimulus for your goal. No improvising.

Today is push day, but my right shoulder hurts when I press overhead. Should I change the routine?
Today in your plan: push (chest · shoulder · triceps).
Reported pain: right shoulder on the overhead press.
Overhead press and dips stress the cuff → I remove them today.
I keep the push stimulus with shoulder-safe angles.
I add rotator cuff activation before starting to prevent injury.
Done. I'm dropping the overhead press and the dips so we don't strain the shoulder, and we'll start with a rotator cuff warm-up. Today's session 👇

I have a Hyrox on March 15. I train 3 days/week and come from strength. Can you build me a plan?
Goal: Hyrox · March 15 · 3 days/week.
Solid strength base · limited cardio in your history.
Combine useful strength + Zone 2 + stations (sled, wall balls…).
Periodise to the date: more volume now, taper near the event.
Keep 1 strength day so you don't lose what you've built.
Done. Plan toward your Hyrox: useful strength, Zone 2 and stations. Sample week 👇

Yes. When you set up your profile you tell it what equipment you have and whether you train at home or at the gym. The plan is built with exactly what you have, no exercises you can't do.
Yes. You pick the event and date, and it builds a plan toward that day: specific strength, cardio and the stations or disciplines you need, periodised to the event.
Yes. The plan combines both according to your goal. Not separate apps: same AI, same history, same explanations.
No. It covers strength, cardio and race prep. The gym is one setting; the product is the coach that reasons your full training.
