Terms of Use
Last updated: May 15, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the 2trAIn waitlist and beta. By registering you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
1. Who provides the service
2trAIn is a project developed by its founder, based in Madrid, Spain.
Contact: contact@2trainapp.com
Minimum age: The service is intended for users aged 14 and over (the digital consent age in Spain under Art. 7 LOPDGDD). Users under that age require the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian to register.
2. Description of the service
2trAIn is an AI-powered personalised training application that creates and adapts training plans based on your history, fatigue level and goals. The service is currently in private beta, accessible by invitation only.
3. Beta access
Registering on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the application. Invitations are sent in waves according to registration order and service capacity. 2trAIn reserves the right to determine the pace and criteria for invitations.
During the beta, access is free for the first three months. Beta users will receive a lifetime founder price once the service becomes paid — the lowest price that will ever be available.
4. Acceptable use
By using 2trAIn you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your profile and training logs.
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any part of the service.
- Not intentionally overload the service infrastructure.
5. AI-generated content
2trAIn's plans and recommendations are generated by an AI and are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute medical, physiotherapy or clinical diagnostic advice. Before starting any training programme, especially if you have existing injuries or health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional.
2trAIn is not liable for injuries or other damages resulting from following AI-generated plans without appropriate supervision.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act), 2trAIn operates a limited-risk AI system subject to transparency obligations. You will always be informed when you are interacting with an automated system.
Under Art. 22 GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant effects. You may request human review of any generated plan by writing to us at contact@2trainapp.com.
6. Intellectual property
All content, code, design and branding of 2trAIn belong to its creators and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without express authorisation.
The training data you enter is yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of improving your experience and the model. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
7. Availability and modifications
As a beta service, 2trAIn may experience interruptions, errors or changes without prior notice. We will do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2trAIn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months (which during the beta is zero).
9. Account cancellation
You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to contact@2trainapp.com. We will delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel access for users who breach these terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid.
However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in these terms deprives you of the rights afforded to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including the ability to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 on jurisdiction in civil and commercial matters. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Contact
