Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the 2trAIn application and beta. By creating an account you accept these conditions.

1. Service provider

2trAIn is a project developed by its founder, based in Madrid, Spain. Contact: contact@2trainapp.com.

The service is intended for users aged 14 and over. Younger users require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Service description

2trAIn is an AI-powered personalised training application that creates and adapts plans based on your profile, goals, availability, history, feedback and limitations. The service is in beta and may change during development.

3. Account and access

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you detect unauthorised access. Beta access may be limited by invitation or capacity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Not access other users’ accounts or data.
• Not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the service.
• Not overload or interfere with its infrastructure.

5. AI, training and health

Plans and recommendations are informational and advisory. They are not medical or physiotherapy advice or a diagnosis. Consult a healthcare professional before training if you have existing injuries or conditions, and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

You may reject any recommendation and request human review at contact@2trainapp.com.

6. Content and intellectual property

2trAIn code, design, content and branding are protected. Your profile and training data remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

During beta there may be errors, interruptions or changes. We do not guarantee 100% availability. We will try to give advance notice of material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2trAIn is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Account cancellation

You may delete your account from Profile or email contact@2trainapp.com. Deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in the European Union, you retain the mandatory rights and remedies of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance.
